1. Subscription Usage & Single Connection Policy
Each standard subscription pass is licensed for single-user personal use. You may install your credentials across multiple household devices, but only one active stream may run at any given time unless a multi-room connection addon has been purchased. Sharing your login credentials publicly or reselling them without authorization results in immediate account suspension.
2. Service Level Agreement & Maintenance
While our Anti-Freeze CDN v9.4 infrastructure targets 99.98% server uptime, occasional scheduled maintenance or upstream broadcaster feed interruptions may occur. We continually update our servers to maintain peak stream quality.
3. Customer Conduct
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against abusive behavior toward our 24/7 technical support staff. Customers are expected to communicate professionally via WhatsApp and email.
